One file
In Settings, Keep a copy of your journal downloads everything you keep here as one JSON file, on every plan: every journal day with its notes, your locks, tracks and their logs, wellbeing check-ins, comments you wrote, what your keyholder sent you, terms, letters you have opened, requests, marks, agreements you are part of with their history, your settings, and a list of the check photos you keep. The photos themselves are not in it.
Keeping it safe
ClackID checks it is you first, so you may be asked to sign in again. The file contains private information: save it somewhere you trust.
