The quiet week, 18 to 24 May
Seven quiet evenings.
From 18 to 24 May, after each day's log, the journal asks how you are, really, and gives one gentle prompt. Nothing to win, nothing to keep up, and nobody else sees it.
Every new journal starts with 14 days of Plus, free. The check-in is on every plan.
Each evening
One question a night.
The check-in comes after the day's log: how you are on a scale from low to great, kept apart from how horny, and one prompt. In the quiet week the prompts are these. Answer in a word, a line, or not at all; skip an evening and nothing is lost.
- First evening
- Three good things from today
- Second
- What helped you rest today?
- Third
- One thing you did for yourself today
- Fourth
- Something you noticed today that you usually rush past
- Fifth
- Something you are proud of today
- Sixth
- A kind word to yourself about this week
- Last evening
- One thing from this week worth keeping
After a low day, the prompt is a kind word instead; after cumming or a lock ending, how you feel now.
Nothing to win
No seal, no streak, no board.
The quiet week is not a challenge. Nothing is counted for you and nothing is ranked. When it is over, History gathers what you wrote that week into one card, for you alone, so you can read the week back.
Health first
Take it off. The lock can wait.
If something hurts, feels numb or looks swollen, take the cage off. Nobody's permission is needed, and a day out for a health reason costs nothing here. When to take the cage off. If you feel low for a few days in a row, the check-in says where to find somebody to talk to.
Private
Yours, and nobody else's.
Only you see your check-ins. They are never shared with a keyholder or a reader, never on a public page, in an email or a notification, and you can switch the check-in off, and delete everything in it, in Settings. Read exactly what is kept.
Seven quiet evenings.
Sign up with ClackID, log the day, and the check-in follows. It takes about a minute.
