HOW TO USE
1. Write the date and, if useful, your timezone. A calendar day and 24 continuous hours are different measures.
2. Record whether you were caged all day, part of the day or not at all. A break belongs in your record too.
3. Add only the details you want to keep. A note is optional; a short factual entry is enough.
4. Keep the sheet somewhere private. Downloading it does not create an account or save an entry here.
