What can be sent
A morning briefing, an evening reminder by email, notes from Erik in your first weeks, product news, and guides and tips. For keyholders, a morning overview and Needs you alerts. Each is a switch in Settings, under Email, and each is off until it is switched on, there or during setup.
The one exception is two account notices about your Plus trial: the day before it ends, and the day it does. Switch Account notices off if you would rather not have them.
Stopping them
Every email has a link that stops that kind in one click. Pause all email for two weeks stops everything for 14 days, then it starts again by itself.
What is never in an email
What you got up to, who with, whether you came, your scores and your notes. Emails come from noreply@mail.chastity.report; notes from Erik come from erik@mail.chastity.report, and a reply reaches him.
They go to the address on your ClackID account. To change it, change it on ClackID.
