Taking a break
On the Lock page, Taking a break? records a break on the lock that is running: the first day (today, unless you change it), a reason from the list, and a last day if the break is already over. Your lock does not end, and Day N keeps counting.
Back in the cage ends a running break in one tap. Ending the lock ends a break that is running on that day.
What it changes
While you are on a break, Today says so, and the day's log starts at No with your reason chosen. History shows each break day.
A keyholder or reader sees your breaks only on the Lock tab, and only if you share your lock with them.
For your health
A break for your health is always the right call, and nobody's permission is needed. If you use CageWatchr, pause your checks there too: it is a separate app.
