Free worksheet
Look back on the week.
A weekly review looks for patterns rather than adding another daily entry. Bring together what you recorded, what helped and what you want to change. Missing days can stay missing.

How to use this template
- Choose the dates you are reviewing. Use the entries you actually have; do not fill gaps by guessing.
- Separate calendar days from days recorded as caged all day or part of the day. Say which measure you are using.
- Choose one thing to keep and one thing to change. A shorter routine or a pause can be a useful next step.
- If you discuss the review, decide which parts to share. Your original entries do not need to leave your journal.

Name the measure rather than assuming uninterrupted wear.
- What helped
A routine or choice you want to keep.
- Care and breaks to remember

- One change for next week
A practical next step, including less or a pause.
- What to discuss
Optional: only the points you choose to share.
A useful review can end with keeping the routine, changing it or stopping. It is a conversation with your own records, not a score you need to improve.
