Free worksheet
A record of today.
A short entry can hold the details a day counter cannot: how the day went, a care break, and what you want to remember. Use this blank sheet on paper or in your own text editor.

How to use this template
- Write the date and, if useful, your timezone. A calendar day and 24 continuous hours are different measures.
- Record whether you were caged all day, part of the day or not at all. A break belongs in your record too.
- Add only the details you want to keep. A note is optional; a short factual entry is enough.
- Keep the sheet somewhere private. Downloading it does not create an account or save an entry here.
Open the text file in your own editor. You can also use your browser's Print command; only the blank worksheet is printed. Neither option saves a journal entry here.
Daily chastity journal template
Blank worksheet. Fill in only what you want to keep.
- Date and timezone

All day, part of the day or not at all.
- Care and breaks
Optional: anything about care you want to remember.
- What happened while locked
Optional: a brief activity or observation.
- Private note
Optional: something to remember or discuss.
Your record describes your own experience. It does not verify continuous wear, and a calendar count is not a reason to continue when you need a break.
